A to Z Machine is seeking an Experienced VTL Machinist in Appleton, WI. This full-time role offers 1st or 2nd shift, with enthusiasm for precision work in a close-knit, employee-owned environment.

You will operate Toshiba VTLs, set up complex jobs, read blueprints, and collaborate with a team that values experience and input. A sign-on bonus up to $5,000 is available based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating VTL machines and setting up jobs.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and CNC programming.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tooling instructions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machine performance.
