BridgePrep Academy in Florida seeks a VPK Director & Teacher to lead our VPK program across our ChampionsGate campus and support multiple Florida campuses.
As instructional and operational leader, you will coach teachers, ensure 100% compliance with VPK regulations, build family partnerships, and drive readiness and enrollment while maintaining high standards and a student-first culture.
Salary Range: $45,145.00 To $65,145.00 Annually

Compensation:$45,145.00 – $55,000.00 Base Salary + $5,000.00 Stipend + up to $5,000.00 Supplemental Pay

SMART Management and BridgePrep Academy are looking for a dynamic, highly organized VPK Director & Teacher to serve as the instructional and operational leader of our Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten program.

Lead Instruction: Coach and support VPK teachers through regular observations, modeling, and feedback to ensure high-quality, standards-aligned instruction.
Master Operations & Compliance: Maintain 100% compliance with Florida VPK regulations, DCF licensing requirements, staff ratios, and audit standards.
Partner with Families: Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents to support student progress and host engaging family events.
Drive Year-1 Impact: Lead your team to achieve 85%+ kindergarten readiness, maintain peak enrollment, and foster high staff retention.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Credentials: Valid/eligible Florida Teaching Certification AND an active Florida Child Care Director Credential with VPK Endorsement.
Clearance: Successful Level 2 background screening (FL Care Provider Clearinghouse / HB 531).
References: 3 professional references (including at least 1 former direct manager).
