BridgePrep Academy in Florida seeks a VPK Director & Teacher to lead our VPK program across our ChampionsGate campus and support multiple Florida campuses.

As instructional and operational leader, you will coach teachers, ensure 100% compliance with VPK regulations, build family partnerships, and drive readiness and enrollment while maintaining high standards and a student-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Valid/eligible Florida Teaching Certification AND an active Florida Child Care Director Credential with VPK Endorsement.
• Successful Level 2 background screening (FL Care Provider Clearinghouse / HB 531).
• 3 professional references (including at least 1 former direct manager).
• Strong operational acumen and a deep commitment to student success.

Responsibilities

• Lead Instruction: Coach and support VPK teachers through regular observations, modeling, and feedback to ensure high-quality, standards-aligned instruction.
• Master Operations & Compliance: Maintain 100% compliance with Florida VPK regulations, DCF licensing requirements, staff ratios, and audit standards.
• Partner with Families: Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents to support student progress and host engaging family events.
• Drive Year-1 Impact: Lead your team to achieve 85%+ kindergarten readiness, maintain peak enrollment, and foster high staff retention.
