Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in an Early Childhood education setting as Lead/Teacher/Assistant.
• VPK certification required for lead teacher.
• Professional Teaching Certificate in Early Childhood.
• English proficiency is essential; strong instructional skills.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• 45 hours of childcare training through the Department of Children and Families (DCF).
• Ability to pass a Level II background check.
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
