Job summary

As processes and procedures are created, this person will be responsible for executing the process (shell preparation, oven operation, vacuum melt and pour operations), managing inventory/supplies, maintaining equipment condition, supporting maintenance activities, and training others.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent experience. Requires the ability to read and write, add, and subtract numbers and a general knowledge of computer systems. Candidates should possess a broad knowledge of foundry operations. Strong inter-personal skills and ability to collaborate is essential to being successful in this role. Expect to problem solve, collaborating with maintenance functions, and train others; demonstrated experience with these skills are preferred.
