The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to drive firm-wide initiatives while coordinating with executives and supervisory teams.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in the securities and investment industry.
• Deep understanding of advisory services and complex client accounts.
• Knowledge of US financial regulation framework including FINRA rules.
• Strong risk management and independent, risk-based decision making.
• Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across levels with strong communication and organization.
• Licenses: FINRA Series 7 and one or more of FINRA Series 66/63/65 or 9/10; must be obtained if not held within 120 days.

Aufgaben

• Resolve escalations end-to-end and coordinate with field and executives.
• Review and approve correspondence across lines of business.
• Partner with Field Management to resolve exceptions and supervise staff.
• Lead and implement firm-wide initiatives and day-to-day supervision.
• Respond to Compliance, Supervision, and Audit inquiries promptly.
• Perform project work and train new hires as directed.
• Escalate supervisory issues with recommended actions.
• Review work items escalated internally and drive process improvements.
• Influence stakeholders to reach final resolutions.
