Job summary

Jefferies is seeking a Wealth Management Advisory Performance Reporting Vice President in New York to lead centralized analytical support for Financial Advisors, developing consolidated performance reporting packages and onboarding clients to the platform. You will collaborate with Advisor Teams and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution and high-quality client reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in investment performance reporting or related wealth/investment management.
• Strong knowledge of performance measurement concepts including returns, benchmarks, attribution.
• Familiarity with Addepar or similar reporting platforms.
• Experience reviewing large data sets to identify trends and ensure accuracy.
• Attention to detail and client-facing report quality.
• Excellent problem-solving and clear communication.
• Ability to build relationships with Sales, operations and external vendors.
• Proficiency with analytical tools (Excel or similar) and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized support to Financial Advisors in creating consolidated performance reporting packages.
• Coordinate all aspects of client onboarding to the performance reporting platform.
• Design tailored reporting templates and presentation materials for client objectives.
• Identify key portfolio highlights and insights beyond standard return reporting.
• Promote and support Addepar dashboards and advisor views for at-a-glance information.
• Offer one-on-one guidance on dashboard design and custom reporting outputs.
• Serve as the primary contact for performance reporting requests and issues.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and monitor platform updates.
• Lead execution of the Alternatives Data Management process, including data uploads and reconciliation.
