Job summary

Archer, partnering with BNY, seeks a Vice President, Project Manager for US Tax Product in New York City. You will lead end-to-end product development for the eW9/eW8 Hub, shaping strategy and coordinating across Tax, Technology, and Relationship Management teams.

The role requires 7+ years in financial services, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven Agile leadership. You will collaborate with stakeholders to meet client needs and stay ahead of industry trends in financial services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services
• Experience operating in a complex, highly regulated environment
• Knowledge of Tax Information Reporting and Withholding (e.g., 1446f, FATCA, NRA, BUW, 8966 Reporting)
• Proficiency with IRS tax forms, due diligence, and onboarding/withholding reporting requirements
• Experience with the agile development process and backlog management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Experience working with technology and third-party developers
• PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead product development for the eW9/eW8 Hub from requirements to deployment
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives
• Manage end-to-end project management activities for medium-to-high complexity projects
• Leverage APIs and Kafka to support tax onboarding and withholding on US domestic payments
• Provide guidance to colleagues across PODs and collaborate with stakeholders
• Understand client needs and deliver exceptional user experience while tracking tech trends
