Xceptor is seeking an experienced Director of Product for its AI-first tax automation product in New York (hybrid) to lead strategy, development, and commercial success of a key growth initiative. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of US tax capabilities, collaborating with engineering, domain experts, and commercial teams.

The role requires 8-12+ years in product with 3+ years leading PMs, B2B SaaS experience, and a track record of delivering client value in regulated domains.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of progressive product experience with 3+ years leading and developing other PMs.
• Proven track record building B2B SaaS solutions with material client and business impact.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of US tax product capabilities within the broader solutions portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, QA) to build scalable tax solutions.
• Develop prototypes and concepts to test ideas for desirability, feasibility, and viability.
• Partner with GTM teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
