Responsabilidades

• Develop, structure and manage complex transactions and initiatives on behalf of Barclays as principal to capture tax and capital benefits.
• Engage with counter-parties, external counsel, and other stakeholders through governance processes.
• Lead and maintain deal models, transaction documentation and oversight across the life cycle.
