2607 Barclays Bank Delaware is seeking a senior corporate development professional to evaluate and execute strategic transactions for Barclays US Consumer Bank. You will build models, analyze capital impacts and lead cross-functional due diligence and negotiations across Finance, Treasury, Risk and Legal.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field and relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience in corporate development, investment banking or structured finance.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and risk assessment capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead evaluation and execution of risk transfer, portfolio optimization and strategic initiatives.
• Develop financial models, business cases and governance materials for senior management.
• Structure and negotiate commercial terms, risk allocation and execution requirements.
• Coordinate due diligence and cross-functional deal execution with Finance, Treasury, Risk, Legal and other teams.
• Assess capital implications, RWA, CET1 and leverage effects of transactions.
• Prepare concise recommendations and presentations for approval forums.
