Job summary

Quadra is seeking a strategic Vice-President, Business Development for Ingredients USA, ideally based in Illinois, Texas, or California. This executive will lead M&A efforts, shape the US product portfolio, and build a high-performing US team.

Reporting to the Senior VP, Ingredients North America, you will drive growth, manage stakeholder relationships, and partner with finance to forecast and allocate resources. A seasoned leader with deep industry expertise is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the US ingredients industry.
• Strong track record in M&A sourcing, deal leadership and integration.
• Understanding of US market dynamics, regulatory considerations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and lead US M&A opportunities for growth.
• Develop and expand the US ingredients product portfolio.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and development of US Ingredients talent.
• Represent Quadra with credibility to suppliers, customers and partners.
• Own P&L accountability and drive profitable growth.
