• Primary contact for global leadership collaboration across all functions in the US
• Provides strategic leadership for US Brand Team members to ensure cross-functional alignment and execution
• Owns overall success of launch and beyond in the US
• Accountable for the supervision, development, and growth of US Brand Team members
