Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive agency-side media investment experience across digital and traditional channels.
• 5+ years of senior team leadership experience within matrixed teams.
• Experience across U.S. and international media plans with balance of enterprise vs local needs.
• Strong cross-channel fluency and ability to align specialists under one strategy.
• Proven track record stewarding large media investments and guiding decisions with business rationale.
• Excellent senior-client leadership, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated investment strategy across U.S. and international markets.
• Coordinate cross-channel planning, activation, optimization, and measurement.
• Guide investment decisions considering budgets, audiences, and market priorities.
• Partner with channel specialists to strengthen overall strategy while maintaining ownership.
