The ideal candidate has 12+ years in application development, strong HTML5/JavaScript (React, Node.js), and leadership experience in a large, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Application Development.
• Experience with system analysis and performance-focused software development.
• Familiarity with Fixed Income products is a plus.
• Ability to be proactive and adapt priorities quickly.
• Demonstrated leadership in a mature development environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple teams to integrate functions and deploy new products.
• Lead designs and implementation of robust, testable code.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
• Develop non-functional features to improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Provide architecture guidance and standards across the platform.
• Mentor mid-level developers and analysts.
