Job summary

Alpha School is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Community Relations to lead local outreach and enrollment for UHNW families across multiple campuses. You will drive partnerships, manage admissions end-to-end, and cultivate advocates who publicly champion 2 Hour Learning while preserving the school model.

You will also handle escalations, document precedents for network-wide use, and maintain strong relationships with current families, ensuring consistent enrollment and positive perception

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading high-stakes relationships in private or independent K-12 education or wealth management.
• 2+ years working with UHNW families or high-expectation clients.
• Proven ownership of enrollment, retention, advocacy or client outcomes.
• Polished executive communication and strategic judgment.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in listed metro areas.

Responsibilities

• Build a metro by fostering partnerships with family offices and clubs.
• Run admissions end-to-end for wealthy families.
• Turn enrolled families into advocates via workshops.
• Resolve escalations and document precedents.
