Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wealth management, trust, or family office experience.
• Experience working directly with HNW/UHNW clients and their professional advisors.
• Strong understanding of trust, estate planning, investment and tax planning concepts.
• Excellent communication, organization, follow-through, and relationship judgment.
• Familiarity with Addepar and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of family clients and develop a deep understanding of their priorities.
• Lead and coordinate family meetings, investment reviews, and planning discussions.
• Identify needs across investments, trusts, estate planning, tax, philanthropy, and broader family office services; involve the right specialists at the right time.
• Coordinate internal professionals and outside attorneys, CPAs, trustees, and other advisors; maintain accountability for implementation and follow-up.
• Navigate sensitive family matters and multigenerational relationships with sound judgment and discretion.
• Oversee and coordinate reporting, liquidity needs, capital calls, account activity, and applicable family office administration, including bill pay and client records.
