Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Global Philanthropy team in Chicago is seeking a Vice President to lead a philanthropic portfolio advancing economic opportunity across the Midwest. Qualifications

• 8+ years in program development, strategy, or policy in nonprofit, corporate, or government sectors.
• Excellent relationship management and ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to design and implement programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to develop market strategies aligned with CR priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with government, philanthropic, business, and nonprofit leaders.
• Monitor trends affecting market strategies and philanthropic activities.
• Lead end-to-end philanthropic programs from concept to close.
• Manage budgets to maximize impact of activities.
• Assess grant portfolio risk and propose mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate evaluation, convening, and communications to share learning.
