Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing a high level of customer service and assessing needs of the Bank’s commercial clients and prospects as a subject matter expert in cash management services. Primary point of contact for bank staff and commercial clients for Treasury and Cash Management needs and questions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: partnering with sales, support, and operations to uncover needs for additional products and services, overseeing the implementation, on-boarding, and training for new commercial cash management customers, as well as providing ongoing support to these customers. Additional responsibilities include conducting annual audits of the Treasury customer base while adhering to all regulations, policy, and procedures. Participate in new Treasury product development and make recommendations for improvements to existing products.
