Reporting directly to the SVP of Treasury Services, you will collaborate with a motivated, team-oriented group, supporting our business banking clients and contributing to the organization's success.

As VP of Treasury Services, you will leverage strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Your ability to anticipate needs, solve complex problems, and take initiative will be critical as you work independently to deliver proactive solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, helping to drive Park Bank's growth and client satisfaction. Your understanding of fraud prevention strategies and financial reporting will be essential in delivering tailored solutions. Essential Functions & Duties

1. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and business contacts, providing training and support as needed.
2. Stay informed about client needs, competitor products, services, pricing, fees, and charges in the market.
3. Collaborate with bankers and relationship managers to achieve bank-wide sales goals; assist in identifying prospects requiring services.
4. Promote all products and services through cross-selling to meet client needs and refer opportunities across the bank.
5. Prepare agreements and documentation for closings.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

Associate's degree or equivalent post-secondary education. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Minimum of 5-10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
