Job summary

BNY is seeking a senior liquidity regulatory reporting expert to lead FR2052a, LCR, and NSF analytics, working with Finance, Audit, Risk, Technology, and Data teams to strengthen controls and processes. The role guides policy, interprets industry best practices, and reports to senior leadership on risk and performance.

Developing the operational framework, you’ll manage data underpinning ALM and liquidity models, while mentoring staff and aligning with corporate treasury strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in math, engineering, statistics, computational finance or economics preferred.
• MBA, CFA, or CPA/CA preferred; 10-12 years total work experience, 1-3 years management preferred.
• Experience with liquidity stress testing, liquidity risk management, interest rate risk management, and/or ALM in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on liquidity regulatory reporting FR2052a, LCR, NSF, and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Develop operational framework and lead treasury-related policy and data activities aligned with risk and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor risks of new bank products, implement process adjustments, and produce senior management reports.
• Build relationships with internal Treasury/Finance teams and external regulators/investors; lead staff development.
• Provide guidance on ALM, liquidity, capital management, and currency/interest rate risk strategies.
