Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP of Treasury Management in Phoenix to develop new business and support bank prospects and clients. You will collaborate with RM's and officers to identify needs, propose solutions, and cross-sell Treasury Management and related products.

Ideal candidates bring deep Treasury Management knowledge, strong relationship skills, and a track record of driving growth. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities are required in a fast-paced banking

• Ability to multitask while following through the sales cycle from proposal to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new deposit business and drive treasury fee income for the bank through contacts, professional groups and networking.
• Work with Relationship Managers to bring in new business through team-based calling. Develop and present written treasury proposals.
• Identify products and solutions, present these solutions and cross-sell whenever necessary.
• Conduct periodic reviews with all top treasury management clients.
• Perform training for new and existing customers.
• Accepts and completes projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients.
• Attend networking events, regional meetings, board meetings, etc. as needed.

Job Description

Summary

Develop new business and provide support to bank prospects and clients. Make calls with RM's and business banking officers to identify client needs and recommend solutions. Develop referral sources for leads to new business. Cross-sell Treasury Management and other Enterprise products/services to existing clients in a consultative fashion.
