Job summary

A leading financial consulting firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Vice President for Transaction Advisory Services. This senior role involves directing financial due diligence engagements and managing teams while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, preferably from a Big-4 background, and exhibit strong leadership and analytical skills. The position offers a competitive salary of $175k–$200k, along with comprehensive benefits and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, preferably from Big‑4 or a comparable practice.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex engagements and communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong familiarity with GAAP and transaction accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end Quality of Earnings (QoE) engagements.
• Oversee workstreams involving complex quantitative analysis and financial models.
• Review and finalize client deliverables, including QoE reports.
