As the VP of Total Rewards, you will be the architect of our compensation and benefits strategies, driving initiatives that directly impact our company's success. Your expertise in executive compensation and equity incentives will be crucial in attracting and retaining top talent. You will lead the design of innovative rewards programs that align with our long-term growth objectives and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports our growth objectives and employee value proposition.
  • Design and implement forward-thinking compensation strategies (including executive, equity and bonus structure) to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Partner with global teams to develop strategies for equity and long-term incentives.
  • Evaluate and enhance benefits programs to meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Total Rewards team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to ensure our rewards programs are future-ready and aligned with workforce demographics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in total rewards, with a focus on compensation strategies.
  • Proven people leadership experience.
  • Expertise in global compensation and benefits strategies, with a deep understanding of market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Visionary leader with a collaborative, results-oriented mindset.
