Job summary

Chase, part of JPMorgan Chase & Co., seeks a Vice President to lead Third Party Governance within Consumer & Community Banking in Columbus, OH (with an additional US location). You will shape risk-aware governance for transformative initiatives, delivering executive visibility and clear prioritization.

You will partner across business, risk, controls, operations, and technology to mature emerging-risk practices and incident management.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in program management, risk management, controls, governance, or related discipline.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with executive visibility.
Working knowledge of risk and control principles, including issue identification, escalation, remediation, and sustainable process design.
Ability to develop governance routines, status reporting, and executive communications.

Responsibilities

Lead program governance for a portfolio of third-party transformation and continuous-improvement initiatives with integrated plans and milestones.
Oversee change intake, assessment, and prioritization using transparent criteria and clear ownership.
Deliver concise executive reporting highlighting progress, risks, and required actions.
Define and mature emerging-risk processes for third-party risk signals and governance framework improvements.
Design and mature event and incident management practices with clear roles and escalation paths.
Partner with business, risk, controls, operations, and technology teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies.
