Pariveda seeks a Vice President for our Los Angeles office to establish and deepen client relationships, drive new business development, and lead teams in service delivery. You will mentor leaders, guide engagements from estimation to delivery, and work within a hybrid model to grow our LA presence.

The role requires 10+ years in IT strategy, strong C-level engagement, and a dense LA network across industries. Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS/Engineering and authorization to work in the U.S.

• 10+ years leading IT strategy, custom development, and technology services sales and delivery.
• Strong consultative sales and new client development with value propositions.
• Well-established LA market network across industries and functions.
• Proven ability to engage C-level clients with credibility and trust.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, Engineering, or comparable experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT strategy, development, and delivery for technology services sales in LA.
• Generate new client accounts and grow them within mid-market and larger companies.
• Nurture and expand strategic accounts to meet revenue targets.
• Oversee engagements from estimation through delivery and QA.
• Drive sales processes, proposals, and project scoping with teams.
• Mentor leaders, support recruitment, and promote career growth.
