Pariveda is expanding in Los Angeles and seeking a Consulting Director (Principal cohort) to drive sales and delivery while developing a strong team of technologists. The role offers a path from Principal to Vice President within our people-centric model.

Based in California, you will lead Enterprise Solution Design across cloud platforms, AI-enabled delivery, and high-impact client engagements, mentoring others and growing our local office.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of technical and/or management consulting experience architecting enterprise and application solutions
• Working knowledge of Agile practices
• Extensive client account and project management experience
• Leadership of multiple internal and external teams
• Strong local network of IT and business executives
• Trusted advisor in client and vendor relationships
• Ability to build consensus through influence
• Mentoring others and developing careers
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, CS, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience

Aufgaben

• Drive sales and delivery within the California office
• Lead Enterprise Solution Design across Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google), Mobility, Data Analytics & Insights, and User-Centered Design
• Utilize AI strategically to enhance client solutions while upholding ethical AI practices
• Manage multiple project teams and SDLC activities (estimation, sprint planning, requirements, architecture, development, testing, risk)
• Diagnose complex technical and business problems and implement creative client solutions
• Oversee account planning and identify new opportunities
• Support growth through recruitment and networking
• Mentor juniors with career development goals and reviews
• Work in a hybrid model (home and office)
• Engage in continuous learning and community events
• Collaborate with smart, humble, and supportive teammates
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to deliver value
