Qualifikationen

• Significant senior leadership experience in technology risk, cybersecurity, controls, audit or related disciplines.
• Deep knowledge of technology risk frameworks, controls governance, risk assessments and remediation.
• Experience leading regulatory examinations, audits and enterprise-wide remediation programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and build cross-functional partnerships.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Technology Risk Assurance and BISO organizations, setting strategy, governance and priorities.
• Oversee enterprise technology risk management, including identification, assessment and monitoring.
• Direct assurance activities: testing, technical reviews and penetration testing governance.
• Partner with Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management and Internal Audit to drive risk management execution.
• Serve as the primary executive liaison for regulatory examinations, audits and external assessments.
• Develop executive reporting showing risk posture, control effectiveness and threats.
