Job summary

You will unite product, design, and engineering under one leadership, drive AI-native development, and shepherd rapid prototypes into scalable solutions that delight physicians and pharma clients in the US.

• Demonstrated track record taking a product from 0 to 1 with measurable results.
• Experience with engagement products that drive retention and activation.

Responsibilities

• Own the MDLinx product vision and roadmap across physician-facing experiences and pharma engagement products.
• Lead product, design, and engineering as a single team and drive AI-native development.
• Build rapid prototypes, run field experiments, and scale successful ideas to platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharma clients, and executives to align on strategy and outcomes.
• Oversee technology initiatives, architecture, and data strategy with forward-deployed engineering.
