Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks a senior finance leader for its Technology Finance organization. You will guide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision support across a broad technology portfolio including cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms.

You will partner with Digital, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Product, and Enterprise Transformation leaders to optimize investments, realize value, and drive business outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in technology or enterprise platforms.
• Experience partnering with senior technology executives to influence investment decisions and resource allocation.
• Deep understanding of technology finance, cloud economics, SaaS models, and total cost of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Technology Finance organization of 20+ professionals delivering strategic decision support.
• Partner with Technology leadership to evaluate investments, portfolio prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across the enterprise technology portfolio.
• Drive value realization by measuring outcomes and aligning technology investments with business goals.
