Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, POM Technical Product Manager for our Structured Debt team. This role would be based out of our New York, NY and Pittsburgh, PA offices.

You will shape the product vision, lead development across multiple pods, and coordinate roll-outs with key partner releases while driving adoption and delivering high-quality fintech solutions. You will also coach product owners to elevate the team’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, web/mobile, APIs, data analytics.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop product vision and long-term strategy across multiple lines of business.
• Lead product development across pods and prioritize backlog with partners.
• Coordinate product roll-outs with platform and partner releases.
• Coach and develop product owners.
