Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with five years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with seven years of experience.
  • CPA is required.

Responsibilities

  • Support business units and corporate functions in interpreting and applying existing accounting standards and the firm’s accounting policies.
  • Utilize U.S. GAAP literature to support accounting policy analysis and application.
  • Monitor and interpret emerging technical accounting issues under U.S. GAAP and support SEC disclosures.
  • Contribute to the development and updates of the firm’s accounting policies.
  • Partner with SEC Reporting and Legal Entity Controller teams to ensure accuracy and investor relevance of disclosures.
  • Deliver training and guidance on emerging accounting standards and firm-wide policy application.
