Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years US GAAP technical accounting experience, including ASC 805, ASC 606, ASC 718, ASC 815, ASC 470.
• Public accounting experience is required.
• Experience in writing technical accounting memorandums.

• Identify and deliver efficient solutions to technical accounting and transaction issues.
• Lead technical accounting workstreams, including preparation and review of deliverables.
