Job summary

A financial consulting firm in Los Angeles is looking for a Vice President for its Accounting Advisory practice. The role involves leading client engagements and managing teams to deliver top-notch accounting and reporting advisory services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical accounting, preferably from a Big 4 firm, and strong leadership skills. Compensation includes a base salary of $175,000–$200,000, comprehensive benefits, and a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of relevant professional experience in technical accounting and financial reporting.
• Prior experience in public accounting (Big 4 or national firm audit practice) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and leading multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Accounting Advisory engagements across multiple clients.
• Provide direction, management, and task delegation to Associates and other junior team members.
• Ensure engagement timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are managed effectively.
