Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking an AVP, Technology Integration Manager to drive M&A delivery for advisor affiliate models.

You will act as a trusted technology partner, coordinating with advisor organizations and LPL domains to meet requirements and ensure successful integration. You will cultivate relationships with partner institutions, deliver transparent reporting, and lead teams in high-stakes, cross-functional projects across the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading complex technology programs and cross-functional delivery.
• Minimum 5 years as technology lead, program lead, or integration lead responsible for planning, governance, risk management, and end-to-end delivery across multiple teams.
• Experience leading technology due diligence, integration planning, conversion activities, or onboarding programs for acquisitions, mergers, or transitions.
• Working knowledge of enterprise technology environments including networking, infrastructure, information security, and end-user computing.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary technology point of contact for Advisor Affiliate acquisitions and participate in due diligence, planning, orchestration, execution, governance, sign-off, and support of technology solutions.
• Understand requirements and concerns and route to owners (infrastructure, network) to drive commitments and resolutions.
• Manage intake and planning of resources for the L&S pipeline including funding, hardware, and software.
• Perform site visits for advanced discovery with infosec, network, and infrastructure to mitigate risk and reduce tech debt.
• Create and maintain high-level scope, dependencies, constraints, risks, and tradeoffs for acquisitions.
