Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• MSc in HR or related field is an advantage.
• 15+ years of recruitment and/or development experience, preferably within a multinational environment, with at least 5 years in management.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and development strategy across the Americas.
• Build scalable recruiting infrastructure and elevate employer brand.
• Oversee large-scale recruiting operations for marketing and sales across regions.
• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and talent development.
