Job summary

Jobtailor in New York seeks a senior leader to own the regulatory strategy and execution of sustainability reporting, shaping CSRD ESRS E1, IFRS S2, AB-1305, and related standards. You will drive end-to-end disclosure programs, advise executives, strengthen governance, and partner across Finance, Risk, Legal, and Investor Relations.

Experience in banking or financial services preferred; advanced degree a plus.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and regulations (CSRD ESRS E1, ISSB IFRS S2, ASRS AASB S2, TCFD) and related disclosures.
• Experience implementing these disclosures in financial services or banking is required.
• Strong writing, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into governance, implementation and reporting plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy and execution for sustainability reporting.
• Shape approach to evolving requirements and related standards.
• Drive end-to-end disclosure programs from interpretation to external reporting.
• Advise senior stakeholders on regulatory developments and risks.
