Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Significant leadership experience within food, beverage, consumer packaged goods, or related manufacturing industries.
• Proven success scaling supply chain organizations during periods of rapid growth.
• Demonstrated experience leading procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and S&OP functions.
• Track record of building teams, developing talent, and implementing scalable processes.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of working capital drivers.
• Experience implementing or significantly improving ERP, planning, or supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Build a Best-in-Class supply chain organization and operating rhythms to support growth.
• Own end-to-end supply chain performance: procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and S&OP.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning and align demand with operational capacity.
• Develop scalable supply chain capabilities and supplier partnerships.
• Drive improvements in service levels, inventory turns, and working capital.
• Partner across Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, and Executive Leadership to deliver results.
