Rolls-Royce Corporation is seeking a Vice President of Supplier Relationship for PCC in Indianapolis, IN. This hybrid role leads category strategy, supplier selections, and governance for a defined commodity portfolio, guiding senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

You will manage Procurement Category Managers, drive cost and value, and ensure delivery, quality, and resilience across the supplier base in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 10+ years of supply chain or customer management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of supply chain or customer management experience.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years of supply chain or customer management experience.
• JD/PhD with 3+ years of supply chain or customer management experience.
• 12+ years of supply chain or customer management experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilités

• Lead portfolio strategy for commodity priorities and supplier plans.
• Lead Procurement Category Managers and develop capability.
• Oversee major sourcing and negotiation activity and ensure outcomes.
• Apply governance for high-value decisions and risk management.
• Direct mitigation of supply risk to protect continuity and resilience.
• Drive cost and value delivery through strategic sourcing and contract management.
• Influence senior stakeholders by aligning portfolio strategy with priorities.
