Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc, based in Indianapolis, seeks a Supplier Relationship Specialist to manage the strategic supplier account across cost, cash, technology, and risk. You will coordinate governance, drive insights, and support cross-functional collaboration to ensure commitments and outcomes align with the account strategy.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, experience in procurement and supplier management, and the ability to work within a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 4+ years of supply chain or customer management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of supply chain or customer management experience.
• 6+ years of supply chain or customer management experience in lieu of a degree.
• Master’s degree or JD/PhD may be considered in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the integrated account view bringing together category, contract, program, operational, technology, financial and risk information into clear account insight.
• Coordinates account governance, preparing reviews, decisions and executive engagements and maintaining accurate records of commitments and actions.
• Tracks delivery of the supplier account strategy monitoring priorities, value opportunities, risks and outcomes and escalating where progress is at risk.
• Connects matrix contributors coordinating inputs and follow-through across Aerospace Procurement, P&SC and the wider organization.
• Supports supplier capacity and strategic risk insight maintaining a forward view of supplier capability, resilience, financial exposure and mitigation actions.
• Supports value and relationship initiatives helping progress opportunities across cost, cash, technology, innovation, capacity and partnership.
• Improves account discipline strengthening data quality, reporting, action management and consistent ways of working across the account team.
