Job summary

RBC Capital Markets is seeking a full-time Supervisory Analyst to support the Global Research team in North American evening hours (Sunday-Thursday, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM ET). You will review research materials for regulatory compliance, coordinate production, and partner with management and Legal to address daily operational issues.

Qualifications

Excellent communication with ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work extended or varied hours during earnings season.
FINRA Series 16 license.

Responsibilities

Review equity, commodity, and other research materials for global regulatory compliance.
Ensure all content meets the firm’s established guidelines.
Coordinate with global staff on formatting, production, and distribution of research products.
Partner with Research Management and Legal to provide guidance on daily operational issues.
