Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Vice President, Markets Treasury – Structured Notes Issuance to own funding transfer execution and liquidity risk for a major structured notes portfolio.

Lead issuance curve pricing and transfer pricing, coordinating capacity and approvals with treasury and markets stakeholders. You will partner daily with trading desks and sales across rates, FI, equities, commodities, credit, and EM, translating constraints into actionable guidance and driving analytics

Qualifications

• 7+ years in structured products structuring, sales, trading, market risk, or treasury roles.
• Strong pricing and risk management knowledge across cash, financing, and derivatives.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into actionable insights.
• Understanding of profitability metrics like ROE, liquidity cost, leverage, and surcharges.
• Proven ability to partner with senior trading, sales, and treasury stakeholders.
• Experience delivering analytics projects with technology teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can simplify complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Own funding and liquidity risk management for a large, multi-asset structured notes portfolio.
• Set issuance curve pricing and internal funds transfer pricing.
• Coordinate issuance capacity, approvals, and pricing components across treasury and markets.
• Collaborate daily with trading desks and sales teams across rates, FI, equities, commodities, credit, EM.
• Translate treasury constraints into actionable guidance for partners.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, surface risks, and support pricing/capacity decisions.
• Evaluate profitability drivers for the structured notes franchise.
