Job summary

iCapital is seeking an Associate or Assistant Vice President to join the Structured Investments team in New York. This client-facing role concentrates on delivering iCapital’s technology solutions to the BD channel and supporting go-to-market initiatives.

You will work alongside senior Relationship Managers, gaining exposure to diverse client and prospect relationships while contributing to platform growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing, business development, or relationship management role.
• Foundational knowledge of structured investments with interest to deepen expertise.
• Direct experience with wealth management firms or broker-dealers is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Relationship Managers across all IBD client and prospect relationships, participating in day-to-day account management and business development.
• Assist in platform demonstrations for new prospects, contribute to RFP responses, and coordinate with internal teams on iCapital's technology solutions.
• Help manage ongoing client relationships by handling follow-ups and timely resolution of inquiries.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal partners on tactical and strategic initiatives across the IBD channel.
• Support internal project management, including CRM data maintenance, pipeline tracking, and team reporting.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to facilitate client integrations and platform capabilities.
• Develop a strong knowledge of iCapital's product suite and the structured investments landscape.
