Goldman Sachs Asset & Wealth Management is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Business Strategy & Finance team within the Client Solutions Group. This role blends strategy, financial management, compensation design, analytics, and operations to influence growth and performance across the division.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in strategy, finance, business management, compensation, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience in asset management, wealth management, financial services, or other commercially driven businesses preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting senior leadership and influencing decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, business performance metrics, incentive structures, and organizational planning.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Qlik, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and effectively to senior audiences.
• Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, intellectually curious, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of seniority.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support business growth, advisor engagement, and commercial effectiveness.
• Design, enhance, and operationalize compensation and incentive programs that align employee behaviors with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Deliver analytical insights related to sales performance, business trends, productivity metrics, and resource allocation.
• Support annual strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, headcount planning, and business management processes.
• Develop reporting, KPI frameworks, and management materials used to inform key business decisions.
• Drive the integration of data strategy into the commissions program, increasing transparency, scalability, and actionable insights for leadership and participants.
• Evaluate business performance and identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, scalability, and profitability.
• Partner across Finance, HCM, Controllers, Sales Enablement, Technology, and Business Management teams to execute strategic projects and operating priorities.
• Drive governance processes and business reviews to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and leadership priorities.
• Assess industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments to inform business strategy and decision-making.
• Lead initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, data quality, and infrastructure enhancement.
