Job summary

iCapital is seeking an experienced Vice President to join the Corporate Development and Strategy team to drive long-term growth across wealth and alternatives. You will lead evaluation, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives with senior leadership.

Responsibilities include conducting in-depth strategic research, leading data-driven analyses, and incorporating AI tools to improve speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate development or strategy, investing (PE/VC), investment banking, or similar role.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating and supporting M&A transactions, partnerships, and negotiations.
• Strong ability to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth strategic research and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead rigorous data-driven analysis to inform Corporate Development and Strategy recommendations.
• Incorporate AI and automation tools to improve speed, quality, and scalability of analysis and execution.
• Identify and support strategic opportunities including partnerships, minority investments, and selective acquisitions.
• Lead due diligence for select transactions and manage multiple workstreams.
