Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join the Corporate Development and Strategy team. You will drive long-term growth by leading evaluation, planning, and execution of organic and inorganic initiatives across wealth and alternatives.

You will work with Senior Leadership to align cross-functional priorities and ensure momentum and successful implementation of key initiatives. You will conduct in-depth strategic research, perform data-driven analyses, and present actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate development or strategy or investing
• Experience in PE/VC, investment banking, or similar roles
• Strong ability to present executive-level analyses and recommendations

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic research and present recommendations to senior leadership
• Lead data-driven analyses to inform strategy and partnerships
• Incorporate AI/automation into workflows to improve analysis speed and quality
• Evaluate opportunities including partnerships, minority investments, and acquisitions
• Manage due diligence for select strategic transactions across multiple workstreams
