About the opportunity:

We are looking for a VP, Strategic Partnerships who is energized by solving complex problems to join us! Reporting directly to our Cofounder/CEO, you will be the founding member of our strategic business development function, and help Jerry drive new customer acquisition and profitable growth through uncharted green fields. You will identify and critically evaluate new partnership opportunities outside of insurance providers that may require deep product integrations to elevate the user experience and product offerings on both sides. Through your influence and ability to expand our footprint in a $2T market, you will play a critical role in helping us go from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business in the next few years.

Ideal profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline; MBA preferred

  • Proven track record of building high-value, strategic partnerships in a startup environment, ideally for a consumer-facing product or service

  • You have a framework for problem-solving and live by first principles

  • You are constantly raising the bar for yourself in your relentless pursuit of excellence
