Qualifications

• Technical background and education (BS/MS) combined with significant business experience in leadership roles.
• 20 years experience in Datacenter market and related domains.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and key decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing activities and develop market strategy.
• Collaborate with BUs to develop product strategy and roadmaps.
• Monitor trends and report on impact to business and product roadmap.
• Drive resource prioritization and allocation (Capex and R&D).
• Identify platform opportunities and develop business cases with cross-functional buy-in.
• Establish go-to-market strategies and value propositions; work with sales and customers.
