Job summary

Elara Caring seeks a Vice President of M&A and De Novo Integrations to lead acquisitions, new market launches, and strategic initiatives. You will develop detailed integration plans, partner with senior leaders, and guide teams across functions to deliver successful transitions into Elara Caring.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of healthcare leadership experience, with a preference for familiarity with Homecare Homebase or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, M&A integration, corporate development, program management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of acquisitions, De Novo launches, and other enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Develop integration and launch plans with timelines, responsibilities, risks, and success measures.
• Partner with executive leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Clinical, Legal, Sales, and Marketing.
• Lead and develop a team supporting integrations, new launches, and initiatives.
• Oversee launch readiness and ensure operations meet goals.
