I’m excited to be working on an important leadership search for a Vice President, Strategic Account Management with a growing U.S. life and annuity company that is part of a publicly traded global insurance and financial services organization.

The company is embarking on a significant growth strategy within the U.S. annuity market and is looking to substantially expand its National Accounts and institutional distribution capabilities.

This is much more than a traditional account management role.

We are looking for an experienced annuity distribution leader who can build, develop and grow strategic relationships across broker dealers, banks and other financial institutions, while also helping build the infrastructure and capabilities necessary to support the company’s next stage of growth.

The ideal candidate will bring strong National Accounts and business development experience, established relationships within the financial institution market, and a demonstrated ability to create new opportunities, not simply manage existing relationships.

Equally important, we are looking for a collaborative, hands-on leader who enjoys building businesses, opening doors and working across an organization to get things done.

The position is remote, with a preference for candidates located in the Central or Eastern U.S., and will involve significant travel.
